Our massage specialists, who are comprised of Certified Massage Practitioners (CMPs) and Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs),  are screened for their skill, knowledge and commitment to excellence in chair massage.

Our CMPs are specialized in chair massage, having completed their training from institutions that offer programs specific to chair massage. Their services are ideal for special events or busy  work environments with short 5-20 minute sessions for the  purpose of general relaxation.  They are not covered by most extended health plans, but their rates are lower than RMTs, making them an ideal choice for company-paid events.

Our RMTs have extensive training in the treatment and rehabilitation of muscular complaints. Their expertise is treatment-oriented massage, and they are licenced and regulated by provincial government health standards. 

Our massage specialists are required to maintain valid liability insurance and must abide by our code of conduct, which includes, but is not limited to:

  • Performing his or her duties with respect for the privacy, dignity, modesty and liberty of the client.
  • Complying with basic personal hygiene standards so as not to indispose the client.
  • Establishing a relationship of trust with the client, while being loyal, honest and attentive to the client's needs.  
  • Demonstrating transparency in relation to the services he or she provides the client by offering explanations necessary to the proper understanding and appreciation of the services. 
  • Respecting the confidentiality of information obtained in the performance of his or her duties.
  • Screening clients for conditions to ensure that massage is safe for them.
  • When possible, if a client wishes to receive alternative care, our massage specialists can refer them to the appropriate health care practitioner. 
Our CMPs and RMTs specialize in relaxation and stress reduction massage and make no claims to treat other conditions.
